Vinod Bidwaik has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer, Alfa Laval in India from July 2018. He is located at the Company's Headquarters in Pune. Before joining Alfa Laval, Vinod was the HR Director at DSM India Private Limited. He previously worked with Mahindra & Mahindra, Sakaal Media Group and Semperit Group. He worked on diverse projects in HR in different companies and was instrumental in transforming human resources and setting up best HR practices in these companies.

Vinod has acquired the training on Strategic Human Resource management from IIM, Ahmedabad and Strategic Intervention Programme from Strategy Academy, Kolkata. He has completed Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University.
English books written by him like 'Holistic approach to employee engagement' and 'Password to Enriched Life' are used as reference material by several professionals and students.
