Surveys were sent to a random selection of employees at ZS's Capability and Expertise Center in New Delhi and Pune to gather their input and feedback. The feedback score from the survey, coupled with the evaluation of the company's people practices and policies, are amongst the criteria used to determine whether an organization is designated as a 'Great Place to Work'.
ZS saw favourable results in key categories, including 93 percent of respondents expressing that ZS offers a friendly work environment, 91 percent confirming that they are entrusted with ample responsibility and 91 percent acknowledging that ZS is a place in which people are willing to put in the time and effort to achieve results. Further, ZS ranked highly in the area of inclusiveness, with more than 90 percent of respondents indicating they feel they are treated fairly regardless of age, sex, race or caste.
