Babajob, India's leading job portal for the unorganized sector, announced the appointment of Harsha SN as Senior Vice-President of Engineering, Giridharan Natarajan as Head of Product and Akshat Kansal as Vice-President of Engineering. Harsha and Akshat will lead the technology development solutions, while Giri will lead the product agenda.

Harsha has 15 years of experience in creating powerful solutions in mobility, analytics, social and cloud areas. In his new role as the Senior VP of Engineering at Babajob, he will be bringing his wealth of experience to lead the technology vertical of the company. Prior to his latest appointment, Harsha was Assistant Vice-President, Engineering at Sourcebits. He has previously worked as a Senior Architect for the Nokia Messaging platform, and was named Global Nokia/Symbian Innovator of the Year (2008).
Giridharan, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, will be driving Product and Innovation. He joins Babajob from Simplilearn where he was Head of Product. His expertise lies in creating products for emerging markets across sectors such as online advertisements, telephony, search, education and network safety.
Akshat Kansal, meanwhile, has been named Vice-President of Engineering. He is responsible for defining and executing the overall infrastructure, DevOps and scaling operations. In this last assignment, Akshat was a DevOps leader for a start-up and helped strategize and execute product, improve product scale, quality, reliability and customer experience. Given his wealth of experience in designing systems for scale, implementing private and public clouds at enterprise scale and data centre automation; he will continue to support both strategy and ground level execution in these areas as a leader in this space.
