Showing how the relevant legislation in the USA, EU, and UK relate to each other thematically may not only assist companies in their design of relevant programs, but furthermore informs the design of an integrated, liability-based reporting and compliance solution.

To this end, the tool, aka eLRT (Electronic Labor Rights Template), is currently being reviewed by a stakeholder forum comprised of private sector, civil society, and government representatives to ensure the template's sensitivity, robusticity, and responsiveness to the present reporting requirements and at-risk labor practices. The template, along with the framework, will be available for download on the website http://www.elrt.org.
