The Caribbean Investment Summit 2019 was under the auspices of The Citizenship by Investment Programmes Association (CIPA), which constitute of five founding member countries: Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica and Grenada.
