Sustainability Scope Resolution
EU-ECO-10060 resolves EUDR applicability as NOT_APPLICABLE for non-lignocellulosic TreeFree diapers, with no forest-risk exposure and no TRACES-NT obligation, referenced by a canonical public URI.
