White Lady

Glassware: Coupette

Ingredients: 

• 50ml Tanqueray No.10
• 20ml orange liqueur
• 25ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• Half an egg white

Method: Shake the 50ml Tanqueray No.10 along with 20ml orange liqueur and 25ml lemon juice. Add 15ml of sugar syrup and half an egg white. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Spring Peach and Hibiscus Martini 

Glassware: Martini

Ingredients: 

• 25ml Ketel One
• 5ml peach schnapps
• 20ml green tea and hibiscus liqueur
• 25ml coconut water
• 1 dash of grape fruit bitters
• 1 dash of peach bitters
• 10ml lemon juice
• 10ml gomme

Method: Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the ingredients, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.

Styling tip: Hibiscus flower at base of martini glass

Indian Summer 

Glassware: Chilled Goblet

Ingredients: 

• 45ml Strawberry infused Tanqueray No.10
• 20ml bianco vermouth
• 30ml fresh mosambi juice
• 10 ml honey water
• De-hydrated strawberries

Method: Shake 45ml Strawberry infused Tanqueray No.10 along with 20ml bianco vermouth and 30ml fresh mosambi juice. Add 10ml of honey water and serve in a in a chilled goblet with de-hydrated strawberries.
