The Dubin Group, a boutique staffing and recruiting firm serving the Delaware Valley, has long been a player in local staffing, and always made direct hire (or "permanent placement") available under the same contingency fee model used by clients in need of talent for their contingent workforce-- temporary, contract and/ or temp-to-hire staffing needs.  In 2015, The Dubin Group formally added Executive (VP & C-Level) Search, making them eligible to compete for a spot on the Philadelphia Business Journal's annual Top Executive Recruiter Contingency Search Firms list.
