NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Imagine the ultimate super group – Kelly Clarkson, Janet Jackson, Rihanna and Lauryn Hill; however, imagine those singers as teenagers, and then you have Love Jones Girlz. The group consists of three girls from the New York City area and one die hard "Jersey Girl:" Claire Jones, Noni Storm Chinn, Victoria Strata and Taylor Nirvana Jones, who possess the love of performing.  There is nothing these young ladies would rather be doing than being on stage. "Love Jones" is a throwback to the term that means "a deep profound love for something." The ladies may be in their teens, but Claire, Noni, Victoria and Taylor have all the required self-confidence and sparkle to pull off the year's most astonishing musical debut. This had become evident after winning the Faces in the Crowd Showcase in New York; a showcase that has become a springboard for artists on the rise including Wiz Khalifa and Grammy winner Chrisette Michelle.

Their new single, "The Party Don't Start Without Me," exhibits their youthful exuberance, dancing skills and fun vocals that proves this group is the next generation of R&B singers/rappers and triple threat performers. Love Jones Girlz have been developing their live performance resume, and exercising their performance muscle, from using the Live @ Best Buy platform to Adams Morgan day in Washington, DC to Arizona State Fair and recently Newark Music Festival and headlining Harlem Summer Stage in New York. This was evident when Billy Johnson, Senior Program Director of Yahoo Music witnessed the ladies performance at their recent showcase in Los Angeles: "I've had the opportunity to interview a lot of performers in my career, and I have never seen such young artists who are as poised, professional, polished, and talented as Love Jones Girlz." During the rehearsal process the group has been in good company.  In preparing for their L.A. showcase in the soundstage next to them was Beyonce and during the L.A. showcase sandwiched in between were Nick Jonas and Big Time Rush. Love Jones Girlz have just been added to the performance line up for Arthur Ashe Kids Day 2011.

Love Jones Girlz uses the sounds of the street as a canvas to paint the picture of the multiple challenges, joys, highs, and lows of being a teenager in today's Reality T.V. Society. This process is a mirror of their personal lives in which they get to vent and talk about subjects ranging from partying, to liking a guy, bullying, to girls that hate on you, issues at school, and peer pressure.  Because of that, Love Jones Girlz is able to relate to a wide demographic, from kids to tweens and teens to young adults. Get four best girlfriends in a room and anything can happen, but when it's the members of Love Jones Girlz, anything usually turns out to be four real girls dealing with real life issues and confronting them head on.

Emmy Award winning TV production mixer and sound designer Charlie "CJ" Jones, (whose credits range from The Chris Rock Show, Showtime at the Apollo, Guiding Light, The Nate Berkus Show, Elvis Costello's "Spectacle with", Live @ Gotham, MTV, BET's 106 & Park), developed Love Jones Girlz and is the president of the production/management company, Urban Melodic Entertainment. Currently the ladies are recording, rehearsing and preparing for their first promotional tour to promote their debut single and video, "The Party Don't Start Without Me." The single is available on iTunes and for the music video Love Jones Girlz take over a Manhattan club and have the ultimate teenage party.  The music video debuts on August 1st. The single is currently being serviced to DJ's internationally via Digiwaxx.
