10 Federal Storage Continues Growth with Three New Acquisitions

AZLE, Texas, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- 10 Federal Storage acquired three self-storage facilities in Azle and Springtown, Texas, on Aug. 19, expanding the company's footprint along the northwest edge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Azle and Springtown sit in one of the fastest-growing corridors in Texas. Springtown's population has grown 70% since the 2020 census, and surrounding Parker County expanded 47% between 2015 and 2025, according to Census Bureau estimates.

The acquisition adds 1,311 units and 263,030 square feet of rentable space to 10 Federal's portfolio, bringing the company's total number of managed properties to 135 across 16 states.

The properties are located at 1050 W. Highway 199 in Springtown; 11400 FM 730 N., 114 E. Reno Road and 1250 Sandy Beach Road in Azle.
