They chose to operate in a protected Trade Zone, selling directly to Chinese consumers without being on a retail shelf in China. As such, 100% PURE's products are not subject, nor will they ever be subject, to animal testing.
For additional background, if one sells on a retail shelf in China, you might be subject to animal testing. If one manufactures products in China for sale in China, you might be subject to animal testing. However, if one imports and ships directly to Chinese consumers, your products are not subject to animal testing.
