LAKE FOREST, Calif., Jan. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- 1031 Crowdfunding, LLC announced today that on January 7, 2019, through its affiliate 1031 CF Properties, LLC, it is now offering a new exclusive Delaware Statutory Trust on its platform. Bandon Pacific View DST is a 99-bed assisted living/memory care facility in Bandon, Oregon.

The DST is an all-cash offering and provides a targeted annual cash-on-cash return of 6.0%.
