11 ROSS Communities Receive Resident Satisfaction Awards from SatisFacts

BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that 11 ROSS-managed communities have received individual 2017 SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Awards, having achieved an average score of at least 4 on their resident satisfaction surveys last year.
