Prevalent today, installation teams often coordinate jobs through a mix of spreadsheets, email updates, paper packets and shared network folders. With ProjecXPro, installation teams can now manage installation projects through a centralized, on-line record for each job and a companywide view of work in progress. Operations managers can track and filter projects by status, location and assigned crew, while field leads can see their tasks, drawings, forms and site photos on-site by simply using their phone or other mobile device.

A project can begin with a reusable installation template and include customer and site information, custom fields, task sequences and required documents. Calendar and Gantt Chart views help teams plan timelines and dependencies; crew assignments and availability support dispatch and changes to the schedule. A map view shows job locations, and an administrative view surfaces outstanding forms, task progress and project photos across active installs.
