17th Annual Miami Takeover Announces Event Lineup Celebrating Culture, Go-Go Music, Art and Community Service in Collaboration with the Miami Beach Visitors and Convention Authority (MBVCA)

 MIAMI, May 28, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ --  The Miami Takeover (MTO) is returning to Miami Beach this Summer from July 25-28, 2025 with an exhilarating three-day cultural and music event series that celebrates Black culture, art, community and Go-Go music in collaboration with the Greater Miami Conventions and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) and delivers an official event of the Art of Black Miami Beach event series in accordance the Miami Beach Visitors and Convention Authority (MBVCA). 

Founded by three HBCU-educated Black entrepreneurs, Wylie Kynard, Antwoine McCoy, and Vincent Peden, MTO has developed a niche for curating events that cater to HBCU graduates, Black professionals and cultural tastemakers. "Everything goes back to Florida A&M University and our alma mater's motto: Excellence with Caring. This continues to be our guiding principle, emphasizing a commitment on nurturing community and culture through events," said Wylie Kynard, partner at The Miami Takeover LLC.
