RIO DE JANEIRO, March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Pacific & Partners announce the 18th Latin Oil Week, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 16-18 April 2012, including the 18th Latin Upstream and 8th Latin Petroleum: Strategy Briefing.
