Ausman to Spearhead Forward Business Channel, Bank and Credit Union Mortgage Outsource Platform, Sales Growth and Expansion
DENVER, Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 1st Reverse Mortgage USA®, a division of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, Inc. announced today that Jeff Ausman has been promoted to the post of Director of Business Development, effective immediately.
In his new role, Ausman will be responsible for leading the recruitment and development of traditional forward loan officers to the division's expanding forward business channel 1st Mortgage Solutions USA®.
Additionally, Ausman will oversee the continued growth and expansion of the 1st Mortgage Outsource Platform developed for banks and credit unions. The outsource platform provides a broad product mix including FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loans as well as Reverse Mortgages and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) for Purchase loans.
