
2011 Irvine Entrepreneur Forum Announces Last Two Finalists
IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The last two finalists have been selected to present at the 2nd Annual Irvine Entrepreneur Forum (IEF) on February 28, 2011. The finalists were chosen from more than 25 entrepreneurs by viewers who voted on YouTube™ video presentations created by the contestants and featured on www.iefinfo.com . Out of the eight total finalists, two lucky start-up companies will receive $10,000 in cash prizes for best business plans (Best Overall Business Plan & Best Digital Media Plan).
The finalists will have an opportunity to pitch their companies in front of a panel of angel and venture capital investors. The newly announced finalists will advance to the final round through popular vote. The YouTube™ finalists are:

- Alison Sansone– Be There Bedtime Stories
"We received over 8k votes, and are very excited about getting the public involved in the voting process," says Christopher Lynch VP of Business and Economic Development at the Irvine Chamber of Commerce. He adds, "One of the aims of the Entrepreneur Forum is to promote entrepreneurism in the Irvine community, and to enable the community to participate."
The other 6 finalists were chosen by their business plans. The two YouTube winners will be joining: IndyaVids, OrderCup, Wobwire.com, Enova Water, Zero-Watt, and FMX-4 Aircraft.
