25 Million Photos Taken with Happy Inspector; HappyCo Deploys First Integrated Yardi Solution

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- HappyCo today announced that its customers have used its flagship Happy Inspector mobile app to take 25 million photos as part of their inspection processes. These time-stamped, automatically collated photos are a key feature of the Happy Inspector platform, which leverages mobile technology, cloud storage, digital photography and data analysis to help companies optimize property inspections and operations audits — from multifamily apartment complexes to commercial real estate, construction, hospitality and more. HappyCo recently announced a $7.5 million funding round and was named to Owler's "Hot In San Francisco" list of innovative companies.

HappyCo also announced that Tarragon Property Services has deployed a full integration with Yardi, a leading provider of property management software. Tarragon, a prominent development, leasing and management company based in Seattle, is now able to import data from all of its units to Happy Inspector directly from Yardi's interface.
