2G Digital Post Announces Three New Board Members and Advisory Committee to Guide Technological Transformation

New members will enhance the board's focus on technology driven solutions and help 2G Digital Post management team build for a future based on agility and automation.

They will assist the executive team in identifying new technology driven solutions to significantly transform and reduce the media and entertainment industry's legacy costs and time to market.

About the new board members:

Nancy Goldberg most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer of the Kudelski Group, a Swiss technology company that develops digital television access and management systems, content protection solutions, cybersecurity solutions, and 'Internet of Things' products. Prior to this, Nancy spent 25 years in various sales and strategy leadership roles in post-production, most notably as a consultant at Amazon Web Services within their Professional Services Group acting as a M&E industry expert, and as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Accounts at Deluxe Media Services. "I am honored to join 2G Digital Post's Board of Directors," said Ms. Goldberg. James Erbs has worked for over 30 years in consulting, operating and private equity roles, such as Bain Consulting and Bain Capital. He has successfully led multiple small and mid-cap companies through major transformations. Most recently, Jim served as the President and CEO of Safety Socket LLC, a manufacturer of specialty, high-strength fasteners for demanding applications in a variety of industries including aerospace, military and oil and gas. He currently serves as a Senior Technical Advisor to the Aerospace Industries Association, National Aerospace Standards Committee, and until recently as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. Gary Donnan is currently serving as CEO of 2G Digital Post and has an extensive background in post-production and research and development (R&D). Gary previously held leadership roles at Eutelsat where he served as Chief Innovation Officer and at Technicolor where he was a member of the Executive Committee, holding the positions of Executive Vice President of Research and Development as well as Co-President of the Technology Division. Prior to joining Technicolor, Gary held similar positions at Alcatel, including R&D for fiber, cable, radio and satellite networks and their worldwide deployment.
