FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cleros Wealth Partners ("Cleros Wealth"), whose team oversaw approximately $3.61 billion in assets under supervision at its previous firm, UBS, has launched as an independently registered investment advisor (RIA).

Cleros Wealth is led by Founding Partners Kyle Kight, CFA^®, Alex Armstrong, CFP, and Jamie Packer, CIMA^®, CPWA^®. The firm provides comprehensive, holistic wealth management and financial planning services to high-net-worth families, as well as several prominent, community-focused endowments and foundations.

The majority of Cleros Wealth clients have deep familial roots in Fort Worth and the surrounding Tarrant County community. More than half have worked with the team for over 20 years, with some relationships spanning more than three decades. The team, which formerly operated as Thompson, Kight, Armstrong & Packer in affiliation with UBS, chose independence to source potential investment opportunities, navigate increasingly sophisticated investment and wealth management needs across market conditions, and effectively steward their wealth across generations.
