The luncheon is the mid-day event of Real World PR 2012, the Chapter's annual daylong collegiate conference that attracts more than 200 students from all over the Southeast and beyond.
The students and Chapter PR professionals will hear Allyson Park, vice president, corporate external affairs of The Coca-Cola Company, reveal the 3 megatrends that play into everything we're doing as PR practitioners – including our budgets, our clients or our projects.
No matter if your brand is a consumer product, a nonprofit or a government agency, Park will reveal the megatrends that affect the "hearts and minds" of consumers everywhere; and forcing PR professionals, and their clients, to adapt, or run the risk of falling out of favor with increasingly savvy consumers.
As the "eyes and ears" of the world's leading brand, Park has an exceptional opportunity to study and understand consumer behavior as she travels the globe to help guide Coca-Cola's public image and affect its brand adaptation now and into the future.
The conference and luncheon will be held at the Loudermilk Center, 40 Courtland Street SE, Atlanta, with an 11:30 a.m. registration for the noon lunch and program.
