361 Degrees Reported Sales Order Growth of 31% During the Winter Trade Fair Held From April 15-21

HONG KONG, April 29 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- 361 Degrees International Limited ("361 Degrees" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; HKSE stock code: 1361), one of the leading sports brand enterprises in China, announces today that its recent Winter Trade Fair held in its own exhibition facilities in Jinjiang over the week long period between April 15 and 21 ended on a strong note, with orders received totaling RMB1.426 billion, representing an increase of 31% compared with the result of the same trade fair in May last year.

This highly satisfactory result was achieved on the back of strong orders received for the apparel line which saw volume increased by 20% from the period last year and an improvement in the average selling price ["ASP"] of 17%. Demand for footwear strengthened by 13% in volume terms, whilst its ASP edged a further 10%. Demand was also firm for the Company's accessories, although the overall value remained relatively small.

These orders will be mostly fulfilled and delivered in the period from August to December 2010.

As previously reported, same store sales at 3,200 franchised outlets of the Group, which had been operating for more than a year, reported a year-on- year growth of 16% for the third quarter ended 31 March 2010.
