SAN MATEO, Calif., Dec. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 3Q Digital, the largest independent agency in digital marketing, has expanded its executive team to accommodate the agency's rapid growth in partnerships with disruptive clients. The Company promoted Ellen Corrigan to Chief Revenue Officer, Laura Rodnitzky to Chief People Officer, and Steve Schlossareck to Chief Operating Officer.
"These changes are both a reflection of the incredible growth we've experienced as a company and an investment in a structure that will allow us to deepen and improve partnerships with the world's most innovative companies," CEO David Rodnitzky said. "In an industry that's struggled to show much progress in breaking the glass ceiling, we're especially proud and fortunate to add two highly deserving women to the executive team."
Ellen Corrigan has blended client services, thought leadership, and business development in her 15 years in the digital marketing industry, including 10 years of closing and building enterprise clients at iCrossing before she joined 3Q in 2016. At 3Q, she has developed processes and infrastructure for every phase of the pitch process, driving $20 million in revenue for the company and achieving close rates over 50%.
Laura Rodnitzky joined 3Q in 2009 as the company's third employee; she has led a variety of departments, processes, and initiatives that laid the foundation for 3Q to become the largest independent agency in digital marketing. Her achievements include creating the Company's 90-day training program for new hires, introducing innovative, holistic benefits (fitness bonus, student loan subsidy, work-from-home and unlimited PTO policies) and executive sponsorship of Company committees focusing on Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, and Work-Life Balance.
Steve Schlossareck brings over 30 years of experience in corporate operations to the executive team; his career has ranged from venture capital, to Apple, to real estate development, to independent consulting – with all his roles driven by data and attention to detail. At 3Q, he has served as VP of Corporate Development, with duties ranging from finding and setting up the Company's 10 offices to executing all business agreements, statements of work, and vendor agreements.
Along with the executive additions, the Company promoted former Chief Operating Officer Maury Domengeaux to President, and former Chief Marketing Officer Scott Rayden moved to the new Chief Innovation Officer role.
3Q Digital, founded in 2008, is based in San Mateo and has offices in San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, New York, Austin, Raleigh, Denver, Charlottesville, and Burlington, VT.
