COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- 3SG Plus announced today the acquisition of OnGuard Systems, a cyber security firm specializing in endpoint security software. The acquisition will enable 3SG Plus to offer a comprehensive suite of products and services to the enterprise market.  Jim Mazotas, founder & CTO of OnGuard Systems, will join 3SG Plus as Chief Visionary Officer in charge of new and emerging technologies.

3SG Plus will acquire the OnGuard assets, people and customer contracts and the merged business will operate under the 3SG Plus brand.
