400 Capital Management Expands Investment Team with Agency MBS Hire

NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- 400 Capital Management LLC ("400CM"), a structured credit investment manager, announced today a new addition to the firm's investment management team.  Jason Yeung has joined as Director, Agency MBS Trading.  Yeung will lead 400CM's efforts in analyzing, trading, and managing investment opportunities within the Agency MBS market.

Hentemann, a 23-year veteran of the securitized credit markets, established 400CM in October 2008.  The firm actively invests in the credit markets, focusing specifically on residential and commercial mortgage and consumer asset-backed securities.

Before joining 400CM, Yeung was at Amherst Securities, where he was a Managing Director responsible for trading new issue and secondary Agency-backed structured derivatives.  Prior to Amherst Securities, he was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch ("BAML"), trading strip IOs and POs, synthetic indices, excess servicing rights, and structured derivatives.  At BAML, he underwrote and distributed several excess servicing deals backed by major servicers, and collaborated with other primary dealers to create synthetic IOS indices.  Yeung graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2003, with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a B.S. in Management Science.
