New hires bring deep experience in digital advertising, mobile and cloud-based enterprise solutions
SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- 41st Parameter, the global leader in device recognition technology used in fraud prevention and digital media, today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the addition of Karen Dayan as vice president of corporate marketing and James Lamberti as general manager of the company's digital media division: AdTruth. Formerly vice president of marketing at Criteo, Dayan will be responsible for enhancing the company's product and strategic marketing efforts. Lamberti – who joins AdTruth from InMobi, where he was vice president of global marketing and research – will be responsible for managing the company's rapid growth in the digital media industry.

Dayan joins 41st Parameter from Criteo, where she served as vice president of marketing and was responsible for the development and execution of the company's global marketing strategy. She played a key role in positioning Criteo in the performance display ecosystem, helping propel the company from $20 million to more than $200 million in worldwide revenue. Prior to Criteo, Dayan spent 14 years at Microsoft in several senior management roles spanning program development, product marketing and enterprise SaaS marketing in the US and abroad.
Before joining AdTruth, Lamberti was vice president of global marketing at InMobi – the largest and fastest growing independent mobile ad network – providing him with unique insights into the evolving mobile ecosystem. Prior to InMobi, Lamberti's positions include senior vice president at comScore, one of the global leaders in understanding web usage, where he focused on analytics, tracking and privacy. He also gained consumer packaged goods experience as an executive with The Clorox Company.
