42 North Dental Announces Leadership Transition; David Fusco Named Chief Executive Officer

Geoff Ligibel to Step Down as CEO After 12 Years of Leading the Organization's Growth; Company Also Announces Expanded Roles for Dr. Michael Scialabba and Brinda Subbiah.

BOSTON, Sept. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- 42 North Dental, a leading dental support organization (DSO) with more than 100 practice locations across New England, recently announced a planned leadership transition effective September 1, 2026. Geoff Ligibel has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, and David Fusco, who recently served as President, will succeed him as CEO.

Under Ligibel's leadership over the past 12 years, 42 North Dental has become an established dental leader in the Northeast recognized for providing high-quality care among patients, payors, educators, and organized dentistry. Ligibel will support the leadership team through the transition in the coming weeks and will remain a shareholder and long-term supporter of the company.

Leadership Appointments

In connection with the transition, 42 North Dental also announced the following appointments, effective September 1, 2026:

• David Fusco will become Chief Executive Officer. Fusco joined 42 North Dental as Chief Administrative Officer before being named President earlier this year. He brings more than 30 years of operating experience across public and private healthcare organizations, having previously served in senior leadership roles including Chief Human Capital Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, COO, President, and CEO.
• Dr. Michael Scialabba will become President. Scialabba, who has been with 42 North Dental for more than nine years, will continue to serve as Chief Clinical Officer while assuming new responsibility for Corporate Growth and Development, Integrations, and Procurement, in addition to his existing oversight of Government Affairs, Facilities, and Compliance. He also continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Registration in Dentistry for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Brinda Subbiah will take on the expanded role of Chief Operations and Financial Officer. Subbiah, who joined the organization six months ago as Chief Financial Officer, will assume leadership of Operations in addition to her continued oversight of Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Payor Strategy, IT, and AI. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across public, private, and PE-backed healthcare enterprises.
• Nick Shusas, SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Tracy Ziskovsky, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, will join the company's Executive Leadership Team, both continuing to report to David Fusco.
