Piechura joined the team in 2004, when the company first opened its door and was previously the head of the East Coast entertainment team. Ciccone came onboard in 2007 to head up the company's West Coast entertainment marketing team.

Before coming to 42West, Ciccone was the Vice President of National Publicity at Paramount Pictures and also once served as Director of Publicity at 20th Century Fox. Piechura was the Vice President of Public Relations at Miramax before becoming a Managing Director at 42West.
