MANASSAS, VA, March 21 /PRNewswire/ - The Company believes it has presented evidence to support its belief in the manipulation of its stock. It is time to let the authorities deal with the situation and the Company is confident of the outcome.

These events have demonstrated shareholder loyalty and strength of character and to receive such support is a strong and privileged position for any Company.  168 shareholders are not wrong and more shares of EIGH.pk have been sold into the Market than have been issued by the Company, fact.

The Company has completed an up to date 15c-2-11 submission and it has paid the consultancy fees in advance to move of the Grey Market. But whilst the SEC in investigation "in the matter of Monks Den" is not concluded, no Market Maker will sponsor the Company's 15c2-11 and this will not change until the SEC concludes its investigation.

8000inc is and will move the business forward and is exploring options for privatisation and a dual listing in Europe. 8000inc is  modifying its strategy accordingly to deliver on its business plan.
