95% Agree Capital Spreads is "Easy to do Business With"

Each year Capital Spreads surveys its clients in order to gather feedback on the service and see if there are any specific areas that need improving. This year's survey provided some excellent feedback in terms of how clients perceive Capital Spreads, its competitiveness and whether they would recommend the service to someone else.
The overwhelming majority of respondents, in fact 95%, agreed or strongly agreed that Capital Spreads was "easy to do business with". It suggests that any queries or instructions to trade are dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner and as such enhancing the overall customer experience.
Clients were also almost unanimous in their perception of the value offered with 88% saying that they agreed or strongly agreed that competitive prices are offered.
