A Day At The Beach For Celebrate Beauty Brands, LLC With The Acquisition Of Coastal Salt & Soul

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Coastal Salt & Soul, the award-winning, holistic bath & body company which makes sea-to-skin body care products including an indulgent collection of butters, creams, and scrubs announced today it has been acquired by Celebrate Beauty Brands, LLC, a newly formed subsidiary of Beauty Partners, LLC. Effective immediately, the brand's corporate office will relocate to Hauppauge, New York.

Under the guidance of industry veterans Bruce Kowalsky and Barry Shields, the acquisition will help accelerate growth of the brand in the specialty bath & body category through an expansion of North American and Global distribution. Brand creator Alisa Marie Beyer will remain as Chief Innovation Officer. Beyer will also stay on as a minority owner, as well as early investors Fredrick Fogelman and Teresa Shultz Fogelman.

Coastal Salt & Soul, which includes a range of body butters, sugar scrubs, soufflé hand creams, bubble bath, body wash, and limited-edition hand-poured and botanically scented candles, was founded in 2015 by entrepreneur Alisa Marie Beyer. Inspired by her love of the sea and the lifestyle of living by the ocean, Coastal Salt & Soul's mission is to bring a slice of beachside living into the homes of women all over the world.
