A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation Partners with DonorsChoose.org to Fund 231 D.C. Classroom Projects

WASHINGTON, Aug. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation surprised hundreds of teachers by instantaneously funding all current Washington, D.C., classroom project requests on DonorsChoose.org. This investment provides everything from graphing calculators to art materials to read-along libraries for local classrooms. In addition to the current requests, the Foundation will match donations to new D.C. projects submitted on DonorsChoose.org starting today.

By flash funding all 231 teacher requests in Washington, today's contribution will impact 90 public schools and 18,538 students as they start off the new school year.
