BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J.   , July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- In a milestone moment that signals its next era of growth, K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel announces a landmark joint venture with its largest franchisee group, Luxury Pet Hotel Investments, LLC (LPHI). Now in effect, LPHI and K9 Resorts have become 50-50 partners in all current corporate-owned locations outside of the flagship location in Fanwood, NJ. LPHI is assuming responsibility of the day-to-day management of the following four resorts: Cherry Hill, Fairfield and Hamilton, NJ as well as Malvern, PA.

This shift enables the K9 Resorts corporate team to dedicate even more time and resources to drive growth and profitability across its entire franchise system. In addition to providing five-star services for dogs, K9 Resorts is doubling down on its commitment to world-class franchisee support, training and innovation.
