Best known for its Tsukemen in Japan, this flavorful dish will be a new treat for most Manhattenites. Unlike traditional Ramen, which combines noodles and broth - Tsukemen serves handmade noodles on the side, encouraging customers to dip the noodles into a savory broth before enjoying with a slurp. The chewy noodles, though dunked for a few moments, absorb the liquid, transporting the customer from bustling New York to Tokyo one spoonful at a time.
