A#1 Air and Retail Ready Career Center to Conduct Home Pro Challenge
Dallas/Ft. Worth HVAC technicians will take skills test to win prizes
LEWISVILLE, Texas, March 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, April 9th at A#1 Air in Lewisville, HVAC technicians throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex are invited to participate in the HVAC Home Pro Challenge. Sponsored by A#1 Air and Retail Ready Career Center, this non-recruitment event will recognize the brightest and most talented technicians in the area.
During the event, Retail Ready Career Center will administer a 100-question test covering technical knowledge, local code enforcement and customer service skills. Only technicians residing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area are eligible for participation.
The HVAC Home Pro Challenge Champion Award will be given to the technician who completes the test with the highest score in the fastest time. Prizes include HVAC tools, complete home comfort systems from Daikin and Lennox, and smart home products from NEST. Technicians with less than two years' experience are eligible to win a grand prize of $10,000, while those with more than two years' experience are eligible to win $20,000.
