Aaron Carpenter Named CEO/President of TideSmart West
Former North Face, Levi Strauss Executive to head TideSmart Global's San Francisco agency
FALMOUTH, Maine, March 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TideSmart Global LLC today announced that Aaron Carpenter, the former Vice President of Global Marketing for The North Face and Vice President of Marketing, Licensing, and Online Sales for Signature by Levi Strauss & Co. Jeans, will lead the newly-formed TideSmart West as President/CEO. The announcement was made by TideSmart Global's President and CEO Stephen Woods.
"Aaron Carpenter brings more than 18 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, site design, and sales, and that leadership will be invaluable as TideSmart Global continues to expand our client base," Woods said. "TideSmart has a long history with Aaron, dating back to our work with Levi Strauss, and he was the natural fit to lead our West Coast operations."
Carpenter most recently served as the CEO of ACV Consulting, advising global brands and technology startups on brand strategy, digital marketing, ecommerce, user experience, sales, and demand generation. He was also the Chief Customer Officer and co-founder of HubNami, a social media intelligence platform for global retailers. At The North Face, Carpenter helped transform the marketing, digital, and sustainability teams into a digitally-focused, global demand creation engine and served as a key member of the executive team that grew The North Face from $1B to $2B in five years.
