OGDEN, Utah, Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Alan Hall, Chairman and CEO of Tempus Global Data, today announced the hire of Aaron DeRose, who joins Tempus as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. DeRose has recently been part of Mercato Partners, a middle-market private equity fund, where he served on the firm's Investment Committee.

DeRose is responsible for planning and executing the capital structure vision for Tempus, which includes all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. He oversees all key relationships with placement agents, investment banks, banking partners, and investment analysts within the industry.

DeRose served with the Board of Directors of the following companies: Skullcandy, Stance, Cradlepoint, GoalZero, and Steelhouse.
DeRose holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Utah and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
