PARIS, Dec. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The French group AaRON is joining the line-up of "French Vibes," which will showcase homegrown talent in a series of concerts during MIDEM 2011, in Cannes.
AaRON's first break came with the film "Don't Worry, I'm Fine," directed by Philippe Lioret, in which their song "U-turn (Lili)" was the main theme on the soundtrack. Their first album "Artificial Animals Riding On Neverland" – of which AaRON is the acronym – was released in 2007 and went double-gold. This was followed by "Birds in the Storm," the second album by the bittersweet pop duo of Simon Buret and Olivier Coursier which went to number one on the iTunes sales chart on its release in October 2010. AaRON has been on tour since 21 October 2010 and will appear live on stage as part of "French Vibes" at MIDEM on Sunday 23 January, 2011.
