Aaron Kirman and Drew Fenton list dramatic Bel Air view estate

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- An expansive new contemporary estate nestled in a private setting amid pristine canyons at 1740 Bel Air Road has been listed by Aaron Kirman, President of Aaroe Estates, the international luxury property division of John Aaroe Group, and Drew Fenton of Hilton and Hyland. The massive seven-bedroom, seven-bath, three-half-bath residence is surrounded by sweeping outdoor space. It is listed at $23,350,000.

The interior and exterior design by award-winning architect/design team Tag Front exudes a clean, modern, organic spirit, from the absolute black granite walls to the leather handrails on two floating glass staircases. Cool stone and metallic elements complement rich woods, set off by French white oak and quartz floors. Indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly for an open and expansive yet utterly private effect. Spaces include a media room, library and study; a sleek elevator links all levels. Nearly all rooms open to the patio and grounds, with canyon or ocean vistas. Glass pocket doors frame more stunning views at every turn. All second-floor bedroom suites enjoy terrace access with breathtaking views of the canyons and the ocean.

Created with entertainment in mind, the residence features an immersive home theater, a 300-bottle wine cellar and a fully customizable white oak kitchen with amenities that pull out all the culinary stops. A canopied outdoor entertainment space is ready for memorable gatherings with alfresco bar, kitchen, full barbecue facilities, fire pit, and outdoor television. An infinity pool, Baja deck and infinity edge spa survey panoramic views from the LA cityscape to the Pacific. The home is equipped with a sophisticated smart system, allowing the hosts to control entertainment and electronics anywhere on the property. See photos here.

"It's always an honor to represent a Bel Air property this beautiful and groundbreaking," says Kirman. "We're looking forward to bringing it and its ideal owner together."
