Aasonn Announces New Executive Leadership Appointments

NAPERVILLE, Ill., Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --Aasonn, LLC, a global HR Strategy, Technology & Outsourcing company, today announced new executive leadership appointments:

• John Ciardiello has been named Chief Financial Officer
• Melissa Swisher has been named VP, Global Sales
• Yasser Sherbini has been named VP, Global Consulting

John Ciardiello will lead Aasonn's finance organization, overseeing all aspects of operational strategy, financial management and treasury and general administration. With more than 25 years of financial management experience, he has a solid track record of leading and supporting significant growth and transformative change.

Previously John was CFO of Alma Lasers, Ltd. and has held senior financial roles with CorSolutions Medical, Inc. and Navigant Consulting. Throughout his career, John led strategic analysis initiatives, mergers & acquisitions transactions, SEC reporting, planning and analysis initiatives, and cultivated banking relationships to enable significant growth and valuation enhancement.

John earned a Bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois and a MBA degree from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Melissa Swisher is the Vice President of Global Sales. Melissa is responsible for building the enterprise sales organization, as well as customer acquisition in the BPO space. Melissa has spent her career developing sales, building teams, and helping companies grow. She has a wealth of experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS), HCM and benefits markets. Before joining Aasonn, she was a Sales Vice President for Castlight Health, where she took enterprise sales growth from a few customers to an IPO in three years. Prior to Castlight Health, she served 5 years at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, in various sales leadership roles including national strategic accounts. Melissa also joined SuccessFactors as an early stage company and helped lead them to an IPO. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Psychology from James Madison University.

Yasser Sherbini is Vice President of Global Consulting. Yasser oversees global customer operations including professional services, HR transformation, Aasonn University, and support.

Prior to joining Aasonn, Yasser held several leadership positions at SuccessFactors including professional services practice director for the west region and director of global solution delivery where he was responsible for SuccessFactors' largest accounts. During his eight and a half years at SuccessFactors, he launched the company's North American and European solution delivery practice, established the implementation methodology and procedures, and rebuilt the west region professional services team. He has also held various management positions with PeopleSoft professional services and hosting solutions. He started his career with consulting and information technology industry leaders Keane, (now NTT Data) and Hewitt (now Aon/Hewitt).

Yasser holds a Bachelor's degree in materials engineering from America University in Cairo and a Master's degree in computer science from Florida Institute of Technology.
