She has a background in nursing and holds an MHS in Healthcare Management. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded operational excellence, strategic growth initiatives, and technology-driven healthcare solutions, making her a key asset to AbundaBox's expanding reach.

A Vision for Growth and Impact

As COO of AbundaBox, Leann will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's expansion, operational strategy, and long-term vision. Prior to joining AbundaBox, Leann held executive roles at both Optum and UHC, serving as COO, VP of Quality, Sr. Director of Case and Disease Management, and Architect of the Clinically Integrated Delivery Model. She has been instrumental in developing value-based care programs, optimizing revenue strategies, and enhancing patient-centered care models. Most recently, she served as EVP, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer to healthcare startups, leading key initiatives, digital health products, healthcare operations, and overall revenue go-to-market strategies.
