ACCENT's Kansas City contact center honored for Best Contact Center and Best Leader; Tell City location recognized for Best HR Support Professional
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind., Nov. 19, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- ACCENT Marketing Services, a member of the MDC Partners Network, and a provider of customer engagement solutions, received several honors this month in Las Vegas at ContactCenterWorld.com's 2010 Top Ranking World Performers Conference and Awards ceremony.
ACCENT's Kansas City, Mo. contact center general manager Craig Johnson as well as Tell City, Ind. people services manager Vicky Staats competed against the industry's top performers from over 30 different nations. Based on delegate votes and final award status at the initial qualifying conference, the Kansas City contact center won second place for Best Outsourced Contact Center and Johnson won third place for Best Contact Center Leader. Additionally, Staats received third place for Best HR Professional.
In June, both Staats and Johnson as well as the Kansas City contact center won gold medals in their respective categories during the conference's first round of regional awards held in Orlando, Fla. Those honors enabled them to advance to the world awards. During the three-day world conference, leading professionals shared their best practices and were honored for the contributions they make on a daily basis to the contact center industry.
