AccentCare Moves Corporate Headquarters From California to Dallas

DALLAS, March 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AccentCare, one of the nation's leaders in home healthcare, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Irvine, California, to Dallas, a move that will create more than 100 new jobs locally.  The company has signed a lease for nearly 33,000 square feet at Briargrove Place, a Class A property owned and managed by Crown Sterling Properties at 17855 N. Dallas Parkway, Dallas, 75287.  AccentCare, which is moving approximately ten people from California in addition to the more than 100 it will hire locally, will take occupancy of its new space on May 1st.

Brian Griggs and Tom Dyer, general partners, handled the transaction for Crown Sterling, while Steve Jarvie, executive vice president, Jones Lang LaSalle-Americas, Inc., represented AccentCare.
