Access Fixtures Launches Half Court Basketball Packages

WORCESTER, Mass., Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Access Fixtures launches new half court basketball packages. These packages provide everything you need to light a half basketball court to up to 26 foot candles. Available in LED and PSMH, there is a range of packages to choose from, catering to a wide array of requirements and budgets.

These packages provide an exceptional amount of light using fixtures rated for as many as 100,000 hours. Each package comes with KOTA or BOXE sports lighters that emit up to 20,324 lumens each. Steel poles and all necessary mounting hardware components are also included. These fixtures auto-sense voltages between 120v and 277v.

Half court basketball packages use Access Fixtures BOXE or KOTA LED sports lighters. KOTAs feature multiple layers to ensure the LEDs are cool to touch due to their unique DBR flip chip design. The BOXE fixtures deliver incredible lumens via six hexagonal LED boards and act as an exceptional replacement for metal halide fixtures.

"Lighting a basketball court often means a significant investment of both time and money," says Zara O'Dowd, of Access Fixtures. "We will work directly with you to make sure you receive the best package for your requirements and budget."

Each pole is built with 11-gauge steel and includes reinforced cast-iron holes for easy mounting and entry. Access Fixtures steel poles conform to ASTM-A 500 grade B, with a minimum shield strength of 46,000 PSI. To guarantee weather resistance and rigidity, a bronze, polyester, powder-coat finish is applied and each pole is heat treated.
