NEEDHAM, Mass., May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- AccuFund, Inc., provider of financial reporting and accounting software for non-profit, municipal and government organizations, today announced AccuFund Anywhere, the new cloud-based version of the AccuFund Accounting Suite. With AccuFund Anywhere, users can access AccuFund's core accounting functionality from any browser, enabling them to perform their accounting tasks whether they are in different offices or offsite locations.

AccuFund Anywhere allows organizations to reduce costs, improve efficiency and data accessibility without building the internal IT infrastructure on-premise solutions require. Unlike some multi-tenant cloud solutions, AccuFund Anywhere clients each have their own database, providing additional security and backup options.

AccuFund Anywhere includes the same reports and uses the same SQL database available in the Windows-based version of the AccuFund Accounting Suite. It also features an import-export capability that enables files on the system, such as spreadsheets and payroll lists, to be sent to or received from other systems. AccuFund Anywhere seamlessly integrates with AccuFund CRM, the company's online software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution providing fundraising capabilities and constituent relationship management (CRM).

Availability and Pricing
AccuFund Anywhere is available now with the AccuFund Accounting Suite core functionality, including the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Report Writer and Forms Designer. AccuFund Anywhere can be accessed from any browser on PCs or Apple computers, and without the need to download Java programs.

Pricing for AccuFund Anywhere Core for the initial user is $190/month, with additional users at $140/month each and a sliding scale offered for volume users.
