The 10th edition of this rapidly growing food and beverage industry event, will take place in the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, India next week from Monday, October 19 - Wednesday, October 21 .

This year's event promises to be the best edition to date with several pavilions and onsite features to enhance visitor's experience.

Fi India provides a series of free seminars over the three days with speakers from leading companies and trade associations. The seminars are a great way to learn about the latest trends and innovations shaping the food & beverage industry. These seminars are free to attend and the themes of the three days are; 'Compliance for the Food Ingredients industry', Nutraceuticals & Dietary Supplements - The Way Forward and Food Packaging- Innovation Unlimited.

This year's event will feature The Innovative Product Zone which showcases product innovations from a number of leading industry players, like ABS Food Ingredients, DiaBliss Consumer Products, Advanced Enzymes and Flavaroma. This year there will be 14 great products represented at the Innovative Product Zone and the winners of the Innovation Awards will be picked by the audience during the event.
