This year there will be 14 great products represented at the Innovative Product Zone and the winners of the Innovation Awards will be picked by the audience during the event.
India is emerging as dynamic innovative bakery market and in recognition of this the show has a strong bakery focus. On day one and two there will be a free Bakery Workshop in association with Assocom Institute of Bakery Technology Management (AIBTM) on the "Basics of Bakery Modernisation," in Hall 6. The workshop will be a mixture of presentations and workshops around a variety of different themes. Along with the workshop there will also be a Bakery Competition, "The Healthy Cookie Baking Competition" which will be open to anyone who works or has worked professionally as a baker or in the baking, cake, pastry or chocolate industry.
In addition to the high-level ingredient suppliers showcasing their products, Fi India introduces the Expo FoodTec Pavilion which focuses on packing, processing, equipment and services. Desire for a one-stop shop for the food industry professionals has emerged as a clear trend among the Fi India audience over recent editions. This increasing demand for solutions in processing, packaging, equipment and associated services has translated into significantly expanding the profile and represented offering at Fi India.
As well as all these great features of course there is also a great line-up of both national and international suppliers exhibiting at the show including Ingredion, Naturex, ADM, Calpro and many more.
