Accounting, Finance and IT Staffing Firm Brilliant™ Hires Record Number of Internal Employees

CHICAGO, July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Brilliant™, a search, staffing and management resources firm specializing in the accounting, finance and IT professions, has significantly increased its internal staff in the first half of 2014. Due to high demand from its current client base, the middle-sized firm has added 21 new positions across its three locations, Chicago, Schaumburg and Fort Lauderdale.

The rapidly growing firm is comprised of four business units including Financial Search, Financial Staffing, Management Resources and Technology Staffing. Each unit employs business development and recruiting professionals who consult with hiring companies and job-seekers to connect the two and fill open positions. Brilliant™ also has accounting, administrative, internal recruiting and marketing teams that support the company's staffing efforts.

New employees were evenly hired across the entire company.
