Achievers announces Patrick D. Quirk as new President and Chief Executive Officer

Quirk as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 19, 2013. At PeopleSoft, Quirk led the acquisition of JD Edwards for $1.7 billion, the largest software acquisition in ERP history.
