ACL Launches GRC LeaderCon Conference Series, Kicking Off in NYC in June
Software Company Brings Together GRC Professionals to Share Best Practices and Overcome Cross-Departmental Collaboration Challenges
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ACL, a software provider helping governments and the world's largest public and private companies stamp out fraud, operational waste, and unethical business, recently announced its upcoming series of one-day conferences for audit, risk management and compliance leaders. Commencing in New York City on June 9, 2016, from 8:00AM-6:30PM, ACL's first GRC LeaderCon will focus on how an organization's three lines of defense can break down silos and work together to deliver maximum value to the business. The conference moves to Singapore at the Fullerton Hotel on June 21, and then London at Lord's Cricket Ground on June 30.

The free admission, intensive one-day conferences will kick off with keynote sessions from industry analysts from Gartner and Forrester Research, as well as a panel with experts from Briggs & Stratton, BNY Mellon, and the California Public Utilities Commission. After a networking luncheon, the afternoon will consist of three breakout tracks focused on audit, risk management and compliance challenges.
GRC leaders will have the opportunity to learn and share knowledge on the real-world issues of: building anti-money laundering (AML) programs, scaling up global Travel & Entertainment (T&E) monitoring programs, transforming audit from an assurance to advisory role, and managing third-party risk.
The NYC conference day will conclude with a technology showcase and an exclusive wine tasting networking reception hosted by Eric Hastings, Beverage Director at three-Michelin-starred restaurant Jean-Georges.
